Fix Integration-Tests which are currently commented out

A FULL_SEQ Integration Tests:

• Use pattern with GAP_START (see simulation)
• Tolerate 'same sample twice' --> The last sample of the current seq. can be the first sample of the next sequence

CircularBufferManagerBaseTestFixture.digitizer_streaming_timing_stops

• Fails for unknown reason, while software runs fine in production
