Some histograms and online monitoring stuff for S302

Some requests for the online code for the S302 test:

• Online monitoring of bPlast multiplicity with FRS in coincidence and anticoincidence - this I believe can be done with FRS accptd. and SC41 in the bPlast TAMEX crate.
• Online monitoring of implants in AIDA from FRS gates - this is going to be useful feature going forward as well
