Error while using GhostFocus Analysis & line source

Execute ghost_focus example with a line ray source...

At each surface the fluence calculation failed becaus voronoi cells cannot be calculated. In general, it doesn't make sense to calculate critical fluences using a line ray source but maybe handle these errors as warnings?
