Spectrometer: plot error for Ray bundle with only one wavelength

If LightData::Geometric(Rays) is used and als Rays in a bundle have the same wavelength there is no real meaningful plot. It looks like that the resulting spectrum only consists of one point.. Maybe in this case one could create a spectrum with some "wavelength margin" around it.
