Finalize command line interface

Currently the CLI only parses the arguments but nothing is simulated. As soon as deserialization issue is completed, creation of a scenery/analzyer and report must be implemented.

Further, an automated retrieval of the clap-created short-flags would be nice to not hardcode the flags as it is done at the moment
