Provide script for deployment

In FESA it seems to be possible to call a script during the deployment process.

It would be convenient to hook into that FESA deployment process by providing a script which transfers the required .silecsparam files and the snap7 library to the correct location (iirc snap7/modbus are linked dynamically?), so that they are found for manual start and for start via systemd daemon

silecs -r already now provides a way to release things … to be checked if that code can be reused
